    The Program has two goals:  a.  Providing rewarding work on real life projects with cross-functional exposure within and across business functions to provide a holistic view of the organization., and b.  offering a rewarding long-term career to become a top performing leader at AnaVation and in our industry.

     

    In the first few years, you will have rotational opportunities across diverse functions not limited to; Engineering Operations, Quality Management, Business Development, Recruiting, Contracts Management, Human Resources, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

    Responsibilities

    Sample tasks include:

    • Work on real life business projects
    • Assist in the pricing effort and competitor analysis.
    • Evaluate processes and identify areas for process improvement.
    • Lifecycle of requirements though implementation and training for business systems and processes.
    • Participate in cross-functional teams and projects in various areas of the company (e.g., Marketing, Operations).
    • Establish and manage cost, schedule and performance baselines for programs
    • Implement best practices and processes to track progress of services and development of capabilities in terms of defined cost, schedule, and performance outcomes
    • Adjust priorities and resource allocation based upon objective program performance data
    • Provide metrics and analysis to support forward-looking decision-making based on data
    • Leverage data and analysis and/or financial systems to inform program performance measures.
    • Experience providing program status reports and briefings to company leadership and possibly government oversight officials.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders, senior technical architects, and task order managers to help implement strategic vision and goals for the organization.

    • Working effectively (independently and/or within teams) across functional areas in a collaborative environment
    • Strong critical-thinking skills, including experience working on complex problems that require quantitative analysis and interpersonal business organizational skills
    • Attention to detail with excellent time management and decision-making skills
    • Communicate clearly and persuasively both orally and in written forms
    • Desire for continual learning and a goal to develop and grow with a company
    • Solid computer, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Effectively use Microsoft Office suite of tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Project)

    Qualifications

    For MBA:

    • At least a 3.6 cumulative undergraduate GPA
    • Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred, but not required.
    • Undergraduate degree must be in a Technical Field (e.g., Engineering, Systems Management, Computer Science, and Information Technology), or Business (e.g., Management Science, Accounting, Human Resources, or Finance)
    • 2-3 years of work experience preferred, but not required.

     

    • Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance required
