The AnaVation Management Program is for interns, co-ops, and recent graduates who are passionate about engineering, technology, and operations and have an ambition to ensure our freedom and protect our country. The Program has two goals: a. Providing rewarding work on real life projects with cross-functional exposure within and across business functions to provide a holistic view of the organization., and b. offering a rewarding long-term career to become a top performing leader at AnaVation and in our industry.
In the first few years, you will have rotational opportunities across diverse functions not limited to; Engineering Operations, Quality Management, Business Development, Recruiting, Contracts Management, Human Resources, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
