AnaVation is seeking a Technical Recruiter that will act as a Talent Acquisition advisor responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for cleared technical positions. He/she will partner will business leaders, hiring managers, HR and all other key stakeholders to build recruiting strategies and identify the best talent for AnaVation.
Who Are You?
You’re an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong track record of delivering dynamic, high caliber hiring results. You are equal parts creative, resourceful, data-driven, flexible, relentless, and curious; with an ability to influence and build strong relationships. You’re comfortable recruiting for junior to senior technical roles and working with multiple levels of managers and executives.
You thrive in finding the purple squirrels. Your curiosity and desire to stay on the leading edge of recruiting informs your strategy, and allows you to deliver strong results in a competitive landscape. You’re a team player who adds value not just to their requisitions, but to the talent acquisition team as a whole.
The Recruiter will partner with business leadership to manage and execute the hiring process. As the Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for but not limited to the following key deliverables:
