    AnaVation is seeking a Technical Recruiter that will act as a Talent Acquisition advisor responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for cleared technical positions. He/she will partner will business leaders, hiring managers, HR and all other key stakeholders to build recruiting strategies and identify the best talent for AnaVation.

You’re comfortable recruiting for junior to senior technical roles and working with multiple levels of managers and executives.

You’re a team player who adds value not just to their requisitions, but to the talent acquisition team as a whole.

    Responsibilities

    The Recruiter will partner with business leadership to manage and execute the hiring process. As the Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for but not limited to the following key deliverables:

     

    • Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers.
    • Review each requisition, confer with hiring managers regarding discrepancies on requisitions to attract the appropriate candidate pool.
    • Collaborate with the business development team to develop recruitment campaigns that meet proposal requirements.
    • Participate in daily huddles where you will collaborate with management to ensure all active requirements are covered.
    • Successfully communicate the availability of skill sets to hiring managers and make recommendations on the staffing strategy to successfully fill staffing needs for program success.
    • Determine sourcing strategy based on business needs and identify candidates by preparing job board postings; researching, targeting potential candidates.
    • Build personal networks (Affinity Groups, User Groups, and Community Organizations, etc.) and Social Networking (Linkedin, Spoke, Twitter, Google+, etc.).
    • Identify passive candidates and develop/manage sourcing strategies that address strategic business needs/goals.
    • Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates and ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication.
    • Develop and maintain strong internal customer and candidate relationships.
    • Guide leaders on the completion of required interview assessment to comply with EEO.
    • Ensure applicant tracking compliance. Maintain applicant tracking system with accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates and candidate sourcing.  Ensure all required documents are uploaded into system.
    • Pro-actively manage the interview process, accounting for all candidates interviewed and ensuring proper documentation.
    • Manage the full life cycle recruiting process including, but not limited to: posting available jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting phone and in person interviews, administering reference checks, compensation negotiations, and assisting with employee on-boarding as required.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelors Degree and a Minimum 2+ years professional recruiting/talent acquisition experience in a corporate and or agency. (Additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree.)
    • Experience in recruiting for the full spectrum of fully cleared IT and Engineering Services.
    • Experience developing and executing passive sourcing strategies to creatively attract top talent in the industry by using internet sourcing techniques and sites and full recruiting lifecycle background.
    • Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems (Taleo, Kenexa, iCIMS or other similar systems) as well as experience recruiting through the use of job boards, social media and networking.
    • Knowledge of standard employment practices, EEO and employment laws and regulations.
    • Knowledge of DOD clearances, OFCCP rules and regulations and Government Contracting.
    • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple, competing assignments in a dynamic environment, with the ability to be extremely flexible and adaptable.
    • Strong problem solving and presentation skills and able to gather, analyze, and report performance data.
    • Effective communicator with ability to influence and deliver results.
    • Strong negotiation and consultative skills.
    • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    • Must be highly organized.
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Share Point
    • Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance

    Preferred:

    • Staffing Agency Experience.
    • Experience in a government-contracting environment is preferred.
