Looking for an opportunity to support mission-critical cyber operations? This opportunity will give you the opportunity to learn and grow in the cyber field! You’ll provide IT support to a military cyber command for up to 1,000 users across multiple unclassified and classified networks and troubleshoot problems across a wide range of IT support areas.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active TS and SCI eligible
  • Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years’ Help Desk experience (experience can substitute for education)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain IAT II (CompTIA CSA+ or CompTIA Security+)

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Hardware asset management
  • Life Cycle Management information for budgeting and long-term planning processes
  • Trouble ticket management
  • Repairing and replacing hardware components
  • Desktop installation
  • Wireless installation
  • Quality management/testing support
  • Security+ or CSA+
