AnaVation is looking for an experienced Project Manager to provide Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) and Knowledge Management (KM) services supporting U.S Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER). Work location will be Ft. Belvoir, VA, with travel to Ft. Meade, MD and Ft. Gordon, GA.


  • Responsible for project performance
  • Daily client interaction to ensure overall project success
  • Manages and leads all team members to ensure they are performing against expectations and delivering in accordance with the contract


Required Qualifications:

  • Must have minimum of 10 years of experience in management and supervision of IT projects.  Experience must include service desk support, systems support, cybersecurity support, SharePoint development and support, and project management reporting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a related field
  • Willing to travel to Ft. Meade, MD and Ft. Gordon, GA
  • Proven ability to lead and manage project teams to successful completion of project objectives; Create clarity in the face of ambiguity and uncertainty; Lead and motivate teams, instilling energy, optimism, and appropriate sense of urgency and accountability; Generate momentum, pull a plan together and execute to the plan
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing, and executing complex and large-scale enterprise based programs/projects
  • Experience managing and tracking project cost, schedule and scope
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with Federal clients
  • Experience managing remote team members
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, SharePoint and Project
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing teams of 15+ employees.
  • PMP, ITIL, and/or CSM certifications
