Overview

AnaVation is currently seeking an Application Developer for a Task Order provide Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) and Knowledge Management (KM) services supporting ARCYBER. An ACTIVE TS/SCI security clearance is REQUIRED.


 



 

 

 



 

 




 

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and maintain software applications as required to meet internal organization requirements
  • continually review existing software applications and provide written recommendations to the COR whether existing applications require replacement or enhancement.
  • provide formal or informal training as required by the COR or TM, to functional users, analysts, and managers to ensure they understand the system or application and are able to operate it without undue interruption
  • Create an Incident Database used to document all incidents and facilitate incident reporting through the chain of command.
  • Create dashboards displaying all active incidents within the AOR.
  • Query capabilities and output from the Incident Database that facilitates the reporting of DCO trends in the respective AOR.
  • Create dashboards displaying specific DCO items of interest (i.e. top 10 attackers, top 10 destinations, etc.)
  • Utilize internal analyst tools. These tools provide the following capabilities but are not limited to these capabilities:
    • Consolidate different data sources into a single view used to assess the status of a specific threat on the network.
    • Macros to support various tasks (i.e. updating of SNORT rules.)
  • Perform master station log documenting analysts work, discussing DCO topics, and generating internal tasks.
  • Utilize enterprise tools (e.g. Remedy, ITSM, ArcSight, SharePoint etc.) as required. Customization within enterprise fielded solutions may be required to meet DCO needs.
  • Develop and maintain Forensic & Malware Analysis (F&MA) Case Tracking database and Malware Artifact Catalog interfaces/customization to allow analysts to conduct forensics evidence quality media analysis of automated information systems that are or have been suspected of being compromised by malicious code or intruders.
  • Provide rapid script development for various tools/OS/products/etc.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience with one, or more, of the following:
    • Army Register Network Layer-3 Devices (ARNLD), ACOIC Remedy Task Order
    • Army Computer Incident Database (ACID)
    • Request for Information (RFI) Tool (application is utilized on the JWICS network)
    • Cyber Response Tracker
  • Enterprise tool experience (Remedy, ITSM, ArcSight, SharePoint, etc)
  • Script Development experience
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification
  • Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Willing to travel as required.
