AnaVation is currently seeking a SharePoint Service Operator for a Task Order provide Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) and Knowledge Management (KM) services supporting ARCYBER. An ACTIVE TS/SCI security clearance is REQUIRED.



Primary Responsibilities  

  • Operate a Tier 1/Level 1, the initial support level responsible for bas the initial support level responsible for basic customer issues, services desk to execute Information Technology Service management (ITSM) service operation processes – to include incumbent management, problem management, event management, request fulfillment, and access management – necessary to ensure all portals are operating at a satisfactory level in accordance with (IAW) local policy and any Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Operations Level Agreements (OLA).
  • The contract shall maintain non-personnel entities (NPE) – email distribution lists and mailboxes – to facilitate permission management and dissemination of information.
  • All tasks will be completed at Ft. Belvoir, VA and additional service operations will be provided at Fort Gordon, GA. Personnel located at Fort Belvoir may require travel within the National Capital Region (NGR) ie: Fort Meade to coordinate with staff and conduct training.



  • Experience in developing and conducting monthly introductory and intermediate level SharePoint training for end users and site managers.
  • Must be proficient in using SharePoint Designer to customer web pages and create work flows.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification.
  • Must have TS/SCI security clearance.
